I have the beneur te inferu you that the Kopert of the Medical Department, Hong Kong, for the year 1928, sepies of which were forvarded in the Colonial Secretary' ( mote ne, 2165/1920 of the 10th September, 1926, une duly laid before the Colonial Advisory dedion) and Sanitary Jommittee.
